The print is a ‘raw scan’ meaning there was no editing or digital manipulation of the image after the high resolution scan. You’re looking at the original image, just as it is. The edge of the paper, the sizing pencil lines, and all the imperfections that come with real, handmade art.

Originally drawn in 2018 each 20×20cm drawing was created using 10 prompts given to me from different people. The drawings were then created 100% in pen, no pencil was used other than to define the drawing edge.

Horror Vaccui is Latin for “fear of empty space” and it is central to a majority of my work. I love how images pop in an out of our view and shift and change between the tangible and the abstract.
